Sun Hill Properties continues to increase the asset value of our portfolio, announcing plans to build a new 17-story addition adjacent to the existing 24-story hotel. The second tower will have 15 guest floors and 395 rooms, bringing the grand total of accommodations at the Hilton Los Angeles/Universal City to 890. This expansion will also include an indoor/outdoor rooftop restaurant, pool, and new luxury spa. With record-breaking growth in tourism — as well as the arrival of new attractions at Universal Studios Hollywood and the Summer Olympics returning to Los Angeles in 2028 — this expansion will position the hotel to maximize potential profit.
