Our $150-million+ expansion project is projected to open in 2023. The new 17-story addition adjacent to the existing 24-story Hilton Los Angeles will add 395 rooms, making this property the largest hotel in the San Fernando Valley with 890 rooms and suites.

This luxury tower will include an indoor/outdoor rooftop restaurant and new luxury spa.

The expansion project will create over 1,000 temporary construction jobs and hundreds of new permanent positions at the hotel.

Adjacent to the 580-slip Brisbane Marina on the San Francisco Bay, this mixed-use development will feature a luxury hotel, hotel residences, and retail space along the Brisbane waterfront.

This new development is in close proximity to both downtown San Francisco and San Francisco International Airport. The Sierra Point project is the first 5-Star residence and hotel serving professional workers and international visitors in northern San Mateo County.

Opening in 2025, the project design will embrace popular water-oriented activities along San Francisco Bay with nautical themes and sports. Amenities will include a luxury spa, waterfront plaza, and bay-side trails.
